As DAINME-SME activities are coming to an end, partners are drawing conclusions and evaluating successful results gained during these years of research. To do this, FAITC – Food and Agro Industries Technology Center is organizing an International workshop tomorrow,  9^th May 2023 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Crystal Hall of Safir Cairo Hotel (Cairo – Egypt). The initiative “Innovative Technologies and the Development of New Valuable Dairy Whey Products” will be the chance to share with local Institutions, Authorities and academia the current situation about EU Dairy sector; moreover, during the event, DAINME-SME partners will talk about major improvements studied within the Project and which solutions discovered by DAINME-SME could be implemented in order to boost and innovate the sector.
